The moment that really stayed with us was the light on the water as the ship pulled away from the marina – soft spring sunshine, just enough warmth for T-shirts but not sweltering. The kids were glued to the railings, taking photos of the pirate ship’s sails and the coastline, and we actually got a decent family picture without anyone squinting. Hotel pick-up and drop-off were straightforward, and having soft drinks and tea included kept things easy. Lunch was a bit basic, but it did the job. Overall, a relaxed, slightly quirky day out that worked very well for a family.

Booked this last minute for something fun to do with the kids, and it ended up being the highlight of our week. Even though it was February and a bit chilly on deck, the pirate-style boat looked brilliant as we walked up from the marina, and the children were buzzing before we even set sail. The hotel pickup and drop-off made it really easy with bags and coats. We stopped in a quiet bay where the water was still clear enough for a quick (very cold!) dip, and the crew kept hot tea and soft drinks flowing. BBQ lunch was simple but tasty, with proper portions. Only slight downside was a bit of waiting around while everyone re-boarded after the swim stop, but it was worth it for the views and photos of the coastline.

The first thing that stood out was the salty smell and the low thrum of the engines as the pirate-style boat pulled away from the Marmaris marina. I went on my own and spent most of the time around one of the quieter decks, just watching the coastline and the small coves we stopped at. Even in winter, the air was mild enough for a light jacket, and the sea was calm with a silvery sort of light. The included soft drinks and tea were easy to grab between swims, and the BBQ lunch was simple but filling. There was a bit of a wait getting everyone back on board after one of the swimming stops, but the crew handled it with good humour and kept things moving reasonably well.

Our guide James had us laughing before we’d even left the marina, and seeing that huge pirate ship up close was half the fun. The best bit was anchoring in a quiet bay where we could jump straight off the deck into the water, even though it was late October and the sea felt a bit fresh. Soft drinks were always topped up, and the BBQ lunch was simple but hit the spot. Only slight downside was a short wait in the harbour while they sorted out a few late arrivals, but once we set off the whole group really got into the relaxed, party vibe.

Booked this last minute for a family day out with my parents and it turned out to be all about the views. The hotel pickup was on time and very straightforward, which helped with older relatives. Once on the pirate ship, there was loads of space on the upper deck, and the soft drinks and tea kept coming. The best bit was gliding into a quiet bay in the late afternoon light, when the sun hit the water just right for photos – no harsh midday glare, just soft spring sunshine. Lunch was decent, if a bit basic, but we were really there for the scenery. Plenty of chances to snap pictures of the coastline and the ship itself, which looks great in photos. Overall, a relaxed, photo-friendly day on the water.
The first thing that hit me was the salty smell and the echo of music from the pirate-style ship as we walked along the marina. I joined with my parents, and they were already smiling before we even left the harbor. The best part for us was the long swimming stop in a quiet bay; the water was still cool in early May, but very clear and refreshing. My father enjoyed the tea and soft drinks included on board, and the simple BBQ lunch was enough for everyone. Only small issue was that finding our hotel transfer bus after the tour took a bit of waiting in the crowd. Overall, a fun spring day on the sea for the whole family.

What stayed in my mind most was how easy the day started and ended with the hotel transfer. The minibus was on time and the driver called the room when we were a bit slow with the kids. At the marina, boarding the big pirate-style boat was quick and organized. During the cruise, soft drinks and tea were always available, which helped in the summer heat. We did wait around 20 minutes on the boat before actually leaving the harbor, which felt long with children, but after that the schedule ran smoothly and we were dropped back at the hotel exactly when they had said. Overall, a comfortable and well-managed day for a family.

Impressive. The day was mainly about being on the water and enjoying the views, and it worked very well for our family with two kids. The hotel pickup was on time and getting on the big pirate-style boat at the marina felt quite special, especially for photos before the crowds spread out. During one of the swim breaks, the light on the water was soft and golden, and it was easy to take clear shots of the coastline and the ship itself. Lunch was fine, not very exciting but acceptable. Staff kept offering tea, coffee and cold soft drinks, which helped a lot in the summer heat. Music was loud at times, but overall the mood was relaxed and we left with a lot of good pictures and tired, happy children.

The crew quietly bringing hot tea on the chilly deck was the best surprise. Hotel pickup was smooth, music lively, soft drinks flowing. Only issue: a bit crowded inside when wind picked up.

Wow. Great value for money: hotel pickup, soft drinks all day and a tasty BBQ lunch already included. Parents loved relaxing on deck. Only small issue was a short wait at the marina in the heat.

For anyone who enjoys good light for photos, this tour is a great choice. I went alone and spent most of the afternoon moving between the upper deck and the railings, trying to catch the reflections as the pirate ship passed small bays. The soft drinks and tea were always available, which made it easy to just sit and wait for the right moment when the sun broke through the light spring clouds. The hotel transfer was very convenient, even if the pickup took a bit longer than planned. BBQ lunch was simple but fine, and the crew were cheerful and happy to take photos for solo travellers like me.

Our driver was perfectly on time for hotel pickup, even on a chilly January morning, which we really appreciated as a small group of friends. Transfers were smooth and quick, the pirate-style boat was waiting and well organized. Soft drinks and hot tea were always available, and the included BBQ lunch was efficient, though a bit basic. Despite a short wait at the marina for other guests, the whole day ran on schedule and felt very relaxed for winter season.

Our guide’s pirate jokes set the tone right away and made the hotel pickup feel relaxed. I went with a close friend, and the best part was the moment the ship turned toward the sun and everyone rushed to the railings for photos. The light on the water in late afternoon was perfect. Soft drinks were always available, lunch was simple but okay, and despite a short wait when boarding, the day felt very well organized.

Wow. Went with my parents and we all felt like kids stepping onto that pirate ship. Hotel pickup was super smooth, crew kept soft drinks coming. BBQ lunch was fine, just a bit basic, but sun on deck in spring and a quick swim stop made the whole day feel far better than we expected.

What stuck with me most was our first swim stop, when the pirate ship dropped anchor near a quiet cove and the late afternoon sun was catching the rocks. Went with my parents and they were very happy just sitting on the deck with tea and soft drinks while the music played. The hotel pickup and return made things easy, and the BBQ lunch was simple but did the job. Only minor gripe was a bit of queuing at the bar during busy moments, but overall the day on the water was relaxed and good fun.

Booked this last minute with a larger group and the logistics were spot on. Hotel pickup was bang on time, quick transfer to the marina, no faffing with tickets. Bit of waiting to disembark at the end, but soft drinks and the simple BBQ lunch kept everyone happy on board.

Booked this last minute with three friends and it turned out to be one of the most fun days of our spring trip. The hotel pickup was right on time and the drive to the marina was relaxed, with that early-season light and cool air before the sun got strong. Seeing the big pirate ship from the bus window already set the mood. Most of the day we enjoyed just being on the water between the swimming stops, sitting on the deck, soft drinks in hand, watching the coastline slide by. The ride itself felt smooth and unhurried, and the crew kept checking if we needed anything. There was a short wait on the bus on the way back while they organized drop-offs, but nothing dramatic. The included lunch and drinks were simple but did the job, and by the time we returned to Marmaris we were pleasantly tired and sun-kissed.

Booked this last minute for a family day and it turned out better than expected. The kids loved getting soft drinks whenever they wanted, and the tea and coffee after swimming stops were a nice touch for the adults. The BBQ lunch was simple but tasty, with freshly grilled meat and a decent salad. Hotel pickup made things easy in the heat, although the transfer bus felt a bit crowded on the way back. Crew on the pirate-style boat were friendly and kept things organized without being pushy.

For anyone checking if this tour is worth the money: yes. Pickup from our hotel in Marmaris was on time, and having soft drinks, tea and coffee included all day saved our small group of friends a lot. The pirate-style boat looks great, and the BBQ lunch was simple but decent. Only downside was a short wait at the marina in the cool winter breeze, but once we sailed, it felt like a very fair deal for the price.

Wow. Boarding the huge pirate-style boat felt like stepping into a film, and the crew kept offering cold soft drinks all day. The spring sun was strong, lunch was a bit basic, but swimming off the side of the ship while pirate music played quietly in the background was the moment that really stayed with me as a solo traveler.

The smell of the barbecue drifted across the deck while we sipped cold soft drinks under our jackets. Lunch was simple but tasty, and hotel pickup was smooth, though boarding took a bit longer than expected with my partner.
