Went in with pretty average expectations, but the day turned out much more fun because of the group vibe. The bus from Marmaris was full, a mix of families and couples, and after the first jokes from the guide people actually started talking to each other. By the time we reached the mud baths, we were already trading phones to take photos of each other covered in grey clay. The boat ride on the Dalyan River felt relaxed, with everyone sharing sunscreen and stories while we passed the Lycian rock tombs. Lunch was a bit basic, but nobody really complained. At Turtle Beach some went straight to swim, others just sat together in the shade and chatted. For a long summer day with strangers, it felt surprisingly friendly and social.
