Flights may occasionally be canceled unexpectedly due to wind, fog, or other unforeseen conditions. Final decisions are made by our pilots and local authorities, as your safety remains our top priority.
In accordance with civil aviation regulations, children under the age of 5 are not permitted to participate in the flight.
If the civil aviation authority cancels the balloon flight on the day of the tour, guests with flight bookings will receive a 65% refund. This policy does not apply to guests who booked the balloon-watching tour.
Entry fees are not included, but your guide will provide skip-the-line tickets to bypass long queues.
As this is a long journey, there will be scheduled stops for shopping and restroom breaks.
