Charter Terms & Conditions
Welcome Aboard: To ensure a seamless charter experience, please review our standard operational guidelines, payment policies, cancellation protocols, and navigational regulations below.
Embarkation & Disembarkation
· Standard Charter Schedule: Our weekly charter period runs from Saturday at 16:00 to Friday at 16:00.
· Check-in Procedure:
o Boarding takes place on Saturday by 16:00 at the latest.
o Arrivals after 16:00 will undergo check-in and briefing the following morning.
· Check-out & Disembarkation:
o Official disembarkation is on Friday by 16:00.
o Guests are welcome to enjoy their final overnight stay on board at the marina until Saturday at 08:00.
· Pre-Departure Briefing: Prior to handover, your vessel undergoes a thorough cleaning and technical inspection. Guests will receive a comprehensive orientation covering yacht operation, local sailing routes, and current marine weather forecasts.
Payment Structure & Early Booking Incentives
Payment Terms
· Deposit: 50% of the total charter fee is required within 7 days to confirm the reservation.
· Balance: The remaining 50% must be settled no later than 6 weeks prior to the embarkation date.
Available Discounts
· Early Bird: 10% discount for bookings finalized on or before December 31st.
· Repeat Guests: 5% loyalty discount for returning sailors.
· Multi-Week Charters:
o 5% off the list price for the 2nd week.
o 10% long-term discount applied to the 3rd week and any subsequent weeks.
· Advance Payment: 5% discount when paying 100% upfront (applicable for bookings made at least 12 weeks prior to departure).
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. While payments are non-refundable by default, if the yacht is successfully re-booked for the same period, we will refund the received amounts minus any rate variance and a €200 administration fee.

Recommendation: We strongly advise securing comprehensive charter travel cancellation insurance (such as through our partner EIS), including skipper liability and deposit protection.
Security Deposit
A security deposit will be pre-authorized at check-in using a valid Visa or MasterCard. Debit cards are strictly not accepted.
· Lagoon Catamarans 50 & 51: €8,000
· Monohulls (44ft+) & Standard Catamarans: €3,500
· All Other Yacht Models: €2,500
· Spinnaker / Gennaker Option: +€1,000 additional deposit
· Race Gear (F40, SO44i, H505): +€2,500 additional deposit
· Console Tender with 20HP Outboard (L50/L51): +€1,000 additional deposit
· SUP (Stand-Up Paddleboard): +€300 additional deposit
Note: Booking optional gear (Spi, Code-0, Race Equipment, or SUP) will increase the overall base security deposit of the yacht.
Insurance Coverage & Requirements
· Yacht Coverage: All vessels are fully insured against hull damage, total loss, and third-party liability, subject to a deductible equal to the security deposit amount.
· Exclusions: Damage to sails, tender, and outboard motor falls within the deductible/self-risk and is not covered by the hull insurance policy. Personal belongings, charter guests, and skipper personal risk are not covered by the boat's policy—personal travel insurance is highly recommended.
· Skipper Requirements: The skipper must hold a valid, recognized sailing license (for the Lagoon 51, a Yachtmaster Offshore license is required) or provide official proof of extensive sailing experience.
Obligatory Package, Formalities & Documentation
The mandatory End Cleaning & Transitlog Package includes:
· Final yacht cleaning
· One full set of bed linen and bath towels per crew member per week
· Official Turkish Transitlog certification authorizing navigation in national waters
Required Submissions (At least 2 weeks prior to charter)
To prevent embarkation delays and processing surcharges, please submit the following in advance:
1. Complete Crew List: Full name, address, date/place of birth, nationality, and passport numbers for all passengers.
2. Skipper Credentials: Valid sailing certificate accepted in the skipper's home nation.
3. Identification: High-resolution ID/passport copies for at least 2 crew members.
4. Signed Agreements: Fully executed charter agreement agreeing to our terms and conditions.
🇬🇷 Cross-Border Sailing: Excursions to Greece
While standard cruising is restricted to Turkish territorial waters, visits to the Greek Dodecanese Islands can be arranged upon request. Official port clearance and customs procedures are required, incurring additional costs.
· Turkish Formalities: €300 – €500 per vessel (in addition to the 1st transitlog), covering outbound customs and the 2nd Transitlog required for re-entry into Turkey.
· Passenger Fees: €10 per person in custom fees.
· Greek Agency & Port Fees: Approx. €1,500 – €3,500 paid directly to local clearing agents in the Greek ports.
